Booking a model
You do not need a briefing document or weeks of lead time. Three details are enough for us to start work — the rest we settle in conversation.
How a booking works
Five steps, usually within a few working days. Anything that will take longer, we say up front — not while you are waiting.
- 01
Enquiry
The date, the intended use and the usage rights you need. By email or WhatsApp, whichever suits you. No form required.
- 02
Shortlist
We propose faces built for the job — with comp card, measurements and portfolio. If the roster holds nothing suitable, we say so rather than sending a weak selection.
- 03
Option
You hold one or more models for your date without commitment. An option blocks the day but does not yet bind you. If a second enquiry comes in for the same date, we check with you before releasing it.
- 04
Confirmation
On confirmation, the fee, usage, shooting time and cancellation terms are set out in writing. Only then is the date binding.
- 05
Shoot day
The model arrives prepared, with the agreed paperwork. If anything comes up on set, we are reachable — including outside office hours.
Industries
Every discipline makes its own demands on casting. What matters in your case is set out on the relevant page.

Fashion
In fashion, the question is never whether a model is beautiful. It is whether they can carry a brand’s signature. The same dress on two people reads as two different collections.

Beauty
Beauty is the most honest discipline in the business. When the frame is nothing but a face, there is nowhere to hide anything.

E-Commerce
E-commerce is the least romantic and most underrated discipline. It is not about one remarkable image but about two hundred equally good ones in a day.

Editorial
Editorial is the discipline where a model executes least and contributes most. A story lives on someone understanding an idea and carrying it further.

Runway
On a runway there is no second take. What would be a repeat on set is here a moment the audience has already seen.
Fashion shows & fashion events
From concept to catwalk.
We do more than place individual models — we support clients with the complete organisation and delivery of fashion shows and fashion events.
From the first concept idea to the day itself, we can take on the full planning and coordination on request.
That can include, for example:
- Concept development
- Model casting & model booking
- Model coordination
- Fittings
- Runway planning
- Backstage management
- Hair & make-up organisation
- Styling
- Photographers & videographers
- Location sourcing
- Run-of-show planning
- Model care on site
- Coordinating every supplier involved
- Support on the event day
Our experienced network lets us deliver even large fashion productions and events professionally.
Complete photoshoot productions
We create the team behind the picture.
You need more than models — you want a complete shoot organised? We can coordinate the entire production for you.
From the right location to the model, photographer, stylist and hair & make-up, we put together the team that fits your project.
Our production service can include, among other things:
- Models
- Photographer
- Location
- Styling
- Hair & make-up
- Creative direction
- Production management
Together with our clients we develop a concept that fits the brand, the campaign and the audience.
Moving image
Campaign film, commercial, social clip — three productions with faces from our board in front of the camera. This is what a booking ends up looking like.
Common questions
What does booking a model cost?
It depends on shooting time, usage, duration and territory — the same image can differ several-fold between six months of online use and a two-year campaign including out-of-home. That is why there is no rate card. Give us those four points and you get a real quote rather than a range.
How late can I enquire?
Next-day enquiries are possible and happen regularly. Whether we can deliver comes down to availability — and we tell you within hours rather than leaving you hanging.
What is an option and what does it cost?
An option is a non-binding hold on a date. It costs nothing. If a second enquiry arrives for the same date, we check whether you want to convert the option into a booking before we release the day.
Can I see models in person beforehand?
Yes. For larger productions we arrange castings or go-sees. For smaller jobs the comp card usually suffices, supported by current polaroids which we send on request.
What happens if a model drops out at short notice?
We find a replacement — that is the core of agency work. If someone falls ill on the shoot day we immediately look for a comparable face matching the measurements and the role. Which is why knowing your second and third choice from the shortlist helps.
Do you work outside the German-speaking market?
Yes. The agency is based in Dubai and serves the German-speaking market; bookings elsewhere are possible. Travel and accommodation are then agreed separately and settled before confirmation.
