THE NAME Management is a model agency registered in Dubai, working the German-speaking market. What that means in practice is set out on this page — without a founding legend.
How we work
We keep the board deliberately small. That is not modesty, it is a working decision: building a face means the comp card, tests, the first castings, follow-up, correction. That work does not scale. A board of hundreds cannot do it — there people are administered rather than developed.
For clients, a small board means we know every face. When your enquiry arrives, the proposal does not come out of a database query but out of the memory of the last set that model stood on. And if the roster holds nothing suitable, we say so rather than sending a weak selection — a shortlist that does not fit costs you more time than an honest no.
For models it means being able to reach someone. There is a number a person answers and a named contact rather than a ticketing system. Questions before a job, uncertainty on set, terms — five minutes settles it, if someone picks up.
This website shows a curated selection of our board. The full roster is considerably larger — for a specific enquiry we will send further faces that match your production.
Where we are, and what that reaches
The company is registered as an FZCO in Dubai Silicon Oasis. The location brings access to the Gulf market and a timezone advantage: a Dubai morning overlaps with a Central European morning and an Asian afternoon.
Day-to-day work for the German-speaking market runs through a European phone number — reachable by phone and WhatsApp, without delay. Productions happen wherever the client plans them; travel and accommodation are discussed in advance and settled before any confirmation.

What holds
No fees from applicants
Not for applying, not for joining the board, not for the comp card. An agency earns from placement. Charging upfront is a different business.
Terms first, in writing
Fee, usage, duration and payment terms are settled before the shoot day — for both sides. There is no renegotiating after the production.
Usage is named
What happens to the images, for how long and in which territory, forms part of every agreement. Neither client nor model should have to guess later.
Minors only with their parents
For under-18s we speak with a parent or guardian before anything else. Shoots are additionally covered by youth employment protection law.
