Applying costs nothing, takes ten minutes and needs no photo shoot. What happens next is not down to luck — it comes down to whether your face fits what clients are currently asking for.
What applying costs: nothing
That is the most important sentence on this page, which is why it comes first. An agency earns from placement — from bookings it brings in for you. Anyone charging upfront earns from applicants rather than from jobs, and that is a different business entirely.

How to apply
Three photographs, a few details, one email. That is all it takes — and at this stage it is all we want to see.

Three photographs
Front, profile, full length. Taken on a phone is perfectly fine. What matters is daylight, a plain background, and someone else pressing the button — selfies distort facial proportions.

No make-up, no filters
No filters, no make-up, no editing. We need to see what you actually look like; a retouched image tells us nothing about how you read on set. Photographs older than three months are not much help either.

Your details
Height, clothing size, shoe size, date of birth and where you live. If you have experience, mention it — if not, that is no disadvantage. We regularly take on new faces with none.

A reply
You will hear back from us. Including when it is a no — and then with a line about why. A rejection from an agency is not a verdict on you, but on the fit with one board at one particular moment.
Requirements
There is no fixed bar that applies across every job. An e-commerce client needs different measurements from a runway show. Rather than assert numbers that would be wrong for every second enquiry, here is what our board actually looks like:
On the women’s board, height currently runs from 164 to 183 cm; on the men’s board from 181 to 192 cm.
Those ranges are a description, not a condition. People above or below them can still fit — beauty work turns on the face, hand and detail work on something else entirely, and petite is its own market.
What counts in every case is reliability and how you are with people. A set is a workplace on a schedule with ten to thirty people depending on it. Whoever turns up on time, prepared, and works with direction gets booked again — that shapes a career more than any tape measure.
For under-18s there are additional rules: consent from a parent or guardian is required, and shoots fall under youth employment protection law. In those cases we always speak with the parents first.
What we offer
Development, not administration
A small board means every face gets attention. Comp card, tests, the first castings — that is work which takes time, and it does not happen on a board of hundreds.
Terms in writing
Commission, payment terms and usage rights are settled in writing before the first booking. You should know what you are getting before you walk onto a set.
Someone who answers
A European phone number and a person on the other end. For questions on set, for doubts before a job, for whatever comes up in between.
An honest read
If we think a route will not work, we say so. That is less comfortable than being strung along, but it saves years.
Common questions
Do I have to pay for the comp card or to be taken on?
No. Not for applying, not for joining the board, not for the comp card. An agency earns from placement, not from applicants. If you are ever asked to pay upfront — for photographs, a portfolio, a directory listing, a seminar — treat that as a warning sign, however professional the presentation looks.
How old do I need to be to apply?
The usual entry point is between 16 and the early twenties. Under 18 we need consent from a parent or guardian, and we speak with them before anything else. Shoots involving minors are additionally covered by youth employment protection law.
I have no experience. Does that rule me out?
No — quite the opposite. New faces are the point of scouting. Almost everyone you see in campaigns today once had not a single image in their portfolio. Experience is built through test shoots, and we arrange those.
How long does a reply take?
Usually a few working days. If you have heard nothing after two weeks, do follow up — applications rarely, but occasionally, end up in a spam folder.
What does a model earn?
It depends on the type of job, the usage and its duration, and cannot honestly be reduced to a single figure. A test shoot is treated differently from a campaign day with two years of usage. Terms for any specific job are always given in advance and in writing — never afterwards.
Do I have to travel to Dubai?
No. That is where the agency is registered; the work happens wherever the production happens. Travel for jobs does occur, but it is always discussed in advance, including who pays for it. Nobody needs to fly anywhere to apply or to join the board.
