Child models
THE NAME also represents children and teenagers as models. That only ever happens through their parents or legal guardians and with their consent. The people we deal with are always the parents or guardians, never the child alone. Representation as a child model is independent of the Kids Academy: taking a class is not a requirement.
Photo, film and advertising shoots with children and teenagers are additionally covered by youth employment protection law, and they may need approval from the responsible authority before the shoot.
